Privacy policy

By the Lymph Flow Editorial Desk · Last updated September 25, 2026 · how we check facts

What this site records, what it does not, and the exact point at which you stop dealing with this site and start dealing with somebody else.

Lymphflowcleanse is a static information site about Lymph Flow. There is no account, no login, no newsletter form and no comment box anywhere on it. The tools on it do their arithmetic inside your browser and send nothing anywhere. When you click through to the checkout you leave this site for a different company, and that company’s privacy policy governs everything after that.

What this site is, technically

Lymphflowcleanse is a static site. Every page was written, generated into a file and uploaded. When you open one, your browser asks a web server for a file and the server sends it back. There is no application behind it, no database, no user table, no session and no account. That is not a privacy feature anybody designed — it follows from how the site is built, and it is why most of this notice is a list of things that do not happen.

One request does leave your browser for somebody else’s server on every page, and it should be named rather than glossed over: the typeface. These pages load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. What Google records when it serves a font is described in Google’s policies, not in this one, because this desk has no visibility of it. Any browser setting that blocks third-party fonts will stop it, and these pages read well in a fallback typeface.

What is collected, and what is not

Every category of data a site like this one could hold, and whether this one holds it.
DataHeld here?Detail
Name, email, addressNoThere is no form on this site that asks for any of them.
Account or passwordNoThere is nothing to have an account with.
Order or payment detailsNoOrders are placed on the seller’s checkout, not here. This desk cannot see one.
Health informationNoNothing on this site asks about your health, and the fit check keeps its answers in your browser.
Cookies set by this siteNoThis site sets none of its own.
Server logsStandard onlyA web host records requests — time, page, referrer, user agent and a truncated address — to serve files and spot abuse. This desk does not build profiles from them.
Third-party fontsYes, unavoidablyGoogle Fonts, as described above.

There is no advertising network on these pages, no social widget, no session recorder, no heatmap and no chat bubble. Any of those would need a script from a third party, and the source of every page can be read to check it.

The tools run in your browser

A few pages carry interactive pieces — a fit check, a bottle-and-days slider, a question filter on the FAQ. All of them are ordinary client-side scripts. They read what you type or click, compute a result and display it. Nothing is transmitted, stored on a server or recorded anywhere.

The fit check matters most here, because its questions touch on swelling, on diagnosed lymphoedema and on prescriptions. Those answers are held in the page while you are looking at it and are gone when you close the tab. Nobody at this desk sees them, and no request leaves your browser when you answer one. That is checkable: open the network panel of your browser’s developer tools, answer every question, and watch nothing happen.

The moment you leave this site

Every buy button on this site is an outbound link. Click one and you are on the seller’s checkout, which is a different company, a different domain and a different privacy policy. Everything you type there — name, address, card details, anything else — is collected by them and never reaches this desk.

Two consequences worth stating plainly. First, this desk cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order, and cannot look one up. Order questions go to the seller’s line, and an email here about a parcel will only cost you a day. Second, the link carries a tracking parameter so the seller can attribute the sale, which is how this site earns a commission. That parameter identifies the referring site, not you.

Read the seller’s privacy policy on their own pages before you enter anything. This notice cannot speak for it and does not try to.

If you write to the desk

Writing to [email protected] sends this desk whatever is in your message, which normally means your email address, your name if you sign it, and the correction or question you are raising. It is used to reply and to fix the page. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Correspondence is kept while a correction is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If you would rather it went immediately once the matter is closed, say so in the message and it will.

Please do not send health information. This is a retail information desk and not a clinician, and a question about your own swelling, your medication or your diagnosis cannot be answered here. It belongs with the person who treats you.

What this notice cannot tell you

  • What the seller does with your data. Their policy governs from the checkout onward, and this desk has no sight of it.
  • What the manufacturer holds. Nothing can be said, because no manufacturer, packer or distributor is named on this product at all — there is no company on the bottle to have a privacy notice, and none was supplied with the pack.
  • What your own network or browser records. An internet provider, a corporate proxy or an extension may log a page view regardless of what this site does.
  • What Google records when it serves a font. Described in Google’s policies, not in this one.

Each of those is an honest gap rather than a disclaimer. This notice describes only what this desk controls, which on a static site is a short list.

Where to send a request

Requests about anything this site holds — which in practice means email correspondence — go to [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET, or by post to 4 Times Square, Floor 22, New York, NY 10036, USA. Say what you are asking for and give the address you wrote from, so the correspondence can be found.

Requests about an order, a payment, a refund or a delivery address go to the seller on +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected]. This desk cannot action them and cannot forward them into an order system it has no access to.

This notice is revised when the site changes and carries the same last-updated date as every other page: September 25, 2026. A closing note on why it is short: a privacy notice is a promise about behaviour, and a long promise nobody can observe is worth less than a short one that can be checked in a browser’s developer tools in about a minute. Anyone is welcome to check.

Ask for the panel, and ask about the horse chestnut

A 2 fl oz bottle of liquid drops, two droppers a day, and no Supplement Facts panel on anything supplied with it. The only quantity that exists — 600 mg of blend a serving — is printed in a marketing graphic. No price was supplied either; the live figure and the 60-day return terms are on the seller’s checkout screen.
