By the Lymph Flow Editorial Desk · Last updated September 25, 2026 · how we check facts

One purchase comes with three contact routes belonging to two different organisations, and the bottle itself carries none of them. Using the wrong route is how a fortnight disappears, so this page sets out which one can do what.

For anything you have paid for — tracking, a change of pack, a return, a refund — call +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected]. For anything written on this site, email [email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET; this desk cannot see orders. The bottle prints no telephone number, no email and no address at all.

Three routes, two organisations

Only one of them can see your order, and it is not the one on this domain.

This desk, and its limits

[email protected] reaches the people who write these pages, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. It is the right address for a factual correction, a broken link, a question about how a figure here was derived, a privacy request or a press enquiry.

It is the wrong address for everything else, and the reason is worth stating once rather than implying it. This desk has no access to the seller’s order system. It cannot look up an order, read a tracking number, change a shipping address, cancel anything, issue a refund or say where a parcel is. An email here asking any of those gets a reply pointing at the order line, a day or two later than a telephone call would have done.

One thing this desk can do that the order line cannot

Explain the reasoning. If you want to know why this site prints “at most 200 mg” for the horse chestnut with the word if attached, or why a two-dropper serving is given as a range of 1.2 to 2.0 mL rather than as a figure, those are questions about a page rather than about a parcel, and they will be answered with the arithmetic. The working is already published in full.

Orders, returns and refunds

All of it goes to the seller. Call +1 (302) 200-3480, or write to [email protected] if you would rather have it in writing. The window supplied is 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window, in which case the sales page governs.

  1. Call or email before you post anything

Ask for a return reference and confirm the address. Opened and unopened bottles may be treated differently and nothing supplied says which; the refund page sets out what was supplied.

  2. Post to the returns address

280 Park Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017, USA. Enclose your full name, email and order ID.

  3. Use a tracked service

The buyer pays return shipping, with tracking. Tracking is what proves the parcel arrived, so keep the receipt.

  4. Expect two separate waits

The refund is issued 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then a further 5 to 10 days to reach the card. Two clocks, both of them the seller’s.

One thing worth knowing about the window on this product. It runs 60 days from purchase, and a 59 mL bottle at two droppers a day lasts between about 30 and 49 servings depending on what a dropper actually delivers — which nobody has published. A single bottle therefore finishes inside the window on every reading of that range, and three bottles finish inside it on none. The guarantee page works through both.

What is printed on the bottle

This section is normally the longest on a contact page, because a supplement label carries a distributor block: a company, a city, usually a street, often a telephone number. Here there is nothing to transcribe.

Not printed. No manufacturer, packer or distributor appears on the product. The FDA’s labeling guide lists the “name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor” among the five statements a dietary supplement label must carry. This product supplies the statement of identity and the net quantity of contents in full. It does not supply this one at all, and it names no country of manufacture either.

Two consequences, both practical. There is no company to write to about the product itself: no letter to send, no document to serve, and no manufacturing question to put to whoever would have answered it. And a buyer holding a bottle that disagrees with anything on this site has nobody but the order line to take it to.

One further observation is recorded and nothing is concluded from it. The order line +1 (302) 200-3480 is the same number supplied with an unrelated chewable oral-health product in an earlier batch, and both packs describe it in identical words as a “BuyGoods default order desk” — a payment processor’s desk rather than either brand’s. That is a pattern in the paperwork, not a finding about the liquid, and it is published because a reader can check it against any other pack carrying the same line.

What to have in front of you

  • Your order ID, from the confirmation email.
  • The email address used at checkout, which may not be the one you normally use.
  • The date of purchase. The 60-day window runs from purchase rather than from delivery, so this is the date that decides everything.
  • The bottle. The code printed on it identifies what you were sent. The reference supplied to this desk is LYM-26/LY-1909, published as a draft rather than as a verified batch, because no legible photograph and no certificate document arrived.

There is no safety-seal instruction to quote here, because none is printed. Not printed. No caution or warning block appears on the bottle artwork or on any graphic supplied with this product. If the bottle arrived damaged, leaking or open, say so first and photograph it before anything else.

The questions worth asking

If you reach somebody who can pass a question to the formulator, four are worth more than all the rest. Each takes a sentence to answer, and the first would change more of this site than anything else on it.

“Is the horse chestnut in this product the standardised seed extract — and if so, standardised to what?”

The question that matters most on this product

NCCIH states that “the raw seeds, bark, flowers, and leaves of horse chestnut are unsafe when used orally because they contain a toxic component”, and that “standardized horse chestnut seed extracts, from which this component has been removed, are likely safe for short-term use”. The whole distinction lives in three words. This product prints “Horse Chestnut” and nothing else, and with no Supplement Facts panel there is no second document to check. Nothing here says the unsafe form is present; the point is that the distinction cannot be checked. That is finding 5.

  1. Is the horse chestnut the standardised seed extract? One sentence settles the most consequential open question on this product.
  2. Are the six ingredients listed in descending order of weight? A yes converts every conditional ceiling here into a fact. A no deletes all six.
  3. What is a serving in millilitres? A figure would give a dose, a servings-per-bottle count and a bottle duration, none of which exists now.
  4. What is in the liquid besides the blend? No Other Ingredients line was supplied, so no carrier, solvent, preservative or sweetener is named — on a product whose only quantity implies roughly 300 to 500 mg of blend in every millilitre.
  5. Is there a Certificate of Analysis for the lot I was sent? The pack supplied the reference LYM-1909-26-LY but no document. A certificate reports quantities ingredient by ingredient, which would replace every conditional ceiling here with a figure.

What none of these routes can do

  • Tell you the amounts in the blend. None of the six carries one, and no route here will invent one.
  • Tell you what it costs. No price was supplied with this product at all. The live figure is on the seller’s checkout screen and nowhere on this site.
  • Give medical advice. This is a retail desk, and there is no caution block on this product to point at either, so the instruction has to come from elsewhere. NCCIH supplies it: “if you take any type of medicine, talk with your health care provider before using any herbal product; some herbs and medicines interact in harmful ways.”

If it is about swelling you have noticed, this is the wrong page

New heaviness, swelling or tightness in an arm, a leg or anywhere else is a reason to be examined rather than a reason to telephone an order line. The National Cancer Institute advises: “Contact your doctor as soon as you notice heaviness, swelling, or other signs of lymphedema.” It records that once lymphoedema develops it “is a chronic condition that cannot be cured but can be treated” — with compression, manual lymphatic drainage performed by a trained therapist, exercise and skin care. Keep taking or wearing anything you have been prescribed or fitted with. The who-it-is-for page goes through it.

Ask for the panel, and ask about the horse chestnut

A 2 fl oz bottle of liquid drops, two droppers a day, and no Supplement Facts panel on anything supplied with it. The only quantity that exists — 600 mg of blend a serving — is printed in a marketing graphic. No price was supplied either; the live figure and the 60-day return terms are on the seller’s checkout screen.
